Newton, here we go!
Saturday, November the fifth was a great day with a perfect weather. I smelled summer in the air *dancing*. Shiny and sunny lovely weekend gateaway. Me and my housemate, cici Rita went to Newton to hunt for coffee and foods. She had a day off of her work, which only happening once in a lifetime HAHA.
We ate like piggy but enjoyed a lot. We walked until our feet dropped but had so much fun. Here are some picts we took yesterday. Check it out ;)

Thai La - Ong Restaurant 89-91 King Street, Newton NSW 2042
Thai La - Ong is an authentic Thai restaurant which is located in King Street, Newton with a very affordable price. During the lunch time, they have a special deal which only costs us $ 6.50 for each meal. They open 7 days a week, lunch time from 11 AM to 3.30 PM and dinner time from 5.00 PM to 10.30 PM. Instead of the lunch deal, the price they offer to us is also reasonable. For entree menu, the price range is from $5.50 to $ 7.50. They provide many choices of main course from noodles, curry, rice, salad, seafood and poultry. The price range is between $ 9.90 to $ 17.90. What a great deal!
Unluckily, me and ci Rita did not have enough space in our tum to try more meals there because we still wanted to have coffee and try another restaurants. But yeah, will do come there again next time to grab those yum Thai foods :D
We did not stop there. That was just our first pit stop. Coffee was our main reason why we were going to Newton. There was a small yet always busy coffee shop called Campos.
In front of Campos
Campos Coffee 193 Missenden Road, Newton NSW 2042
I love coffee. So much. Never knew before that there is a coffee shop in Sydney that never sleeps like Campos where people are willing to line up in a long long queuejust to get the coffee. I wonder how busy and tired are the barista and workers there. Yet I'm pretty sure they are happy because of many customers love their coffee so much. It's actually a tiny little coffee shop with not much tables provided. Some people just have their coffee take away, some other would like to sit there and having a relaxing coffee time - only if they are lucky and could get some space there. And we were!

And these are what we got
Avogato with Vanilla Ice Cream
(around $5)
That was ci Rita's. Was great with the strong taste of coffee combined with the heavenly sweet and cremy vanilla ice cream. That's one of the most hunted coffee - they said. And this is my choice :)
Hot Cappuccino
(around $4)
For me myself, what makes it special compared to other cappuccino is the aroma of the coffee which is produced by their own. They don't buy coffee from others but produce it in their own factory. That makes them different in term of taste and quality. I also took some picts of interesting 'sweet monster' but did not really buy them because of the restricted space of my tummy lol

From Campos we walked around and visited most of the shops there. We did a little shopping *never been missed* And here are some unique and interesting things that caught my eyes:
Holy Sheet! graffity
Super great quote that reminds me to my friend, Fenty who always says this
Cute one!
Don't know what to name
And finally, this is our last stop for food hunting.
Moo Burger Gourmet
232 King Street Newton, NSW 2042
This a very eye catching cafe with a huge cow motive printed couch in the front area. Firstly, me and ci Rita were interested to try this cafe because of the unique decoration of it. After having best bite of the burgers, we did not regret at all for choosing this cafe. We got Black & White® for sharing. Check it out!
Black and White ($14.50)
See the mozzarella! Sinful but yummy!
And the tempting shiny egg on top
If you ask me why they name it 'black and white', I honestly have no idea hahaha. I'm also wondering why. But name will just remain as name. What more important is the taste, right? lol I love the angus as well as the melted mozzarella. I love the shiny egg on top of it. The tough-yet delicious bread, tomatoes and lettuce also play an important role hahaha. Without them, there's no such a thing called 'burger'. The price range in Moo is also reasonable. I couldn't remember all of them, but mostly they are between $13 - $20 for the main course.

Last but not the least
I HAVE A DREAM - I'll always do!
This is the end of our journey in Newton. We haven't got chance to try more foods there, but sure thing I'll come back there next time for exploring more foods. Now I gotta get myself ready for the final exam. This is the very final lap of foundation studies circuit. Wish me luck. See you in the next post. Cheers! ☺
